  "heading": "Amendment of the Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) Regulations 1988",
  "text": "(1) The Goods Vehicles Plating and Testing Regulations 1988 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 2, after paragraph 36 shall be inserted the following paragraph—\n“37. A vehicle—\n(a) which complies with the requirements specified in regulation 4(2) of the Motor Vehicles (Approval) Regulations 2001;\n(b) in respect of which a Minister’s approval certificate has been issued under section 58 of the 1988 Act for the purposes of the type approval requirements prescribed by those Regulations; and\n(c) in respect of which a Minister’s approval certificate has not subsequently been issued under that section for the purposes of the type approval requirements prescribed by the National Type Approval for Goods Vehicles Regulations.”",
