Regulation 5 Amendment to Schedule 2 (classes of vehicle to which the Regulations do not apply)

In paragraph 25 of Schedule 2, the following words shall be inserted after the words “Motor vehicles”—

  • “in respect of which a test certificate issued in accordance with Article 34 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981f1 is in force or which are”.
