# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 6: Amendment to paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 3 (the prescribed construction and use requirements)


At the end of paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 3, there shall be added the following descriptions—
“loading devices;
load securing devices.”.
