  "text": "(1) In regulation 12—\n(a) in paragraph (3), for the Table substitute—\n“\nTable\nDescription of vehicle\nFee where first examination or periodical test is carried out at a vehicle testing station provided by the Secretary of State\n(£)\nFee where the vehicle testing station appointed for the first examination or periodical test is, at the applicant’s request, not one provided by the Secretary of State under section 52(2) of the 1988 Act (£)\nMotor vehicle with 2 axles\n75.00\n82.00\nMotor vehicle with 3 axles\n99.00\n106.00\nMotor vehicle with 4 or more axles\n124.00\n131.00\nTrailer with 1 axle\n35.00\n39.00\nTrailer with 2 axles\n49.00\n53.00\nTrailer with 3 or more axles\n60.00\n64.00\n”\n(b) in paragraph (4), for “Subject to paragraph (4A), where”, substitute “Where”;\n(c) omit paragraph (4A); and\n(d) in paragraph (5), for “paragraph (4) or (4A)”, substitute “the first examination or periodical test being, at the applicant’s request, out of hours or taking place at a vehicle testing station which is not one provided by the Secretary of State,”.",
