  "text": "In regulation 11—\n(a) in paragraph (1) at the beginning insert “Subject to paragraph (1A),”,\n(b) after the Table in paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) A goods vehicle test certificate issued in relation to a category T tractor in the circumstances described in column (2) of an item in the Table above shall be valid for the period described in column (3) of that item, with the modifications that—\n(a) for “first anniversary” in items 1 and 2 there is substituted “second anniversary” and,\n(b) for “in the following year” in item 3 there is substituted “two years later”.”.",
