  "text": "(1) Where such a request as is mentioned in regulation 30 is contained in the form mentioned in that regulation or where an application mentioned in regulation 32 is made, a fee of £27 shall be sent to the Secretary of State with that form or, as the case may be, with that application.\n(2) ... Where the time appointed for a re-examination under regulation 33 is, at the request of the person required to submit the vehicle for re-examination, out of hours, the fee in respect of the re-examination shall be increased by £13.00.\n(2A) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) Any sum payable by virtue of paragraph (2) ... shall be paid to the Secretary of State on or before the date appointed for the re-examination.",
