  "text": "The requirements of this Part of this Schedule, in relation to a vehicle, are that the condition of the vehicle is such that its use on a road would not involve a danger of injury to any person having regard in particular to items of the following descriptions—\nspare wheel carrier;\ntrailer coupling on a motor vehicle;\ncoupling on a trailer;\nthe chassis;\nelectrical wiring and equipment;\nlanding legs;\nengine mountings;\nfuel tanks and system;\ntransmission shafts and associated equipment;\nexhaust system;\nbattery, including its ventilation and any connected switches or fuses;\nwheels and hubs;\nsuspension system;\naxles and steering gear;\nshock absorbers;\nbumpers;\nwings;\nthe cab;\ndriving seat;\nthe body;\ndriver’s controls;\ncab step or step rings;\nglass or other transparent material in windscreen or windows.\nloading devices;\nload securing devices ;\nelectrical connections between a vehicle and its trailer;\nthe supplementary restraint system, including safety belt pre-tensioners, safety belt load limiters and air bags;\nthe electronic stability control;\nsteering lock",
