# Goods Vehicles (Testing) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations.)
These Regulations amend the Goods Vehicle (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 by increasing the period, within which a person may make an application for a first test or periodical test before the test is due, from 3 months to 6 months, (regulation 2).
