  "text": "In regulation 6(g) of the Goods Vehicles (Testing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (conditions of acceptance of vehicle) for sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) substitute—\n“(i) in the case of a vehicle which has been registered under the 1994 Act, the chassis or serial number shown in the registration document relating to the vehicle; or\n(ii) in the case of a trailer, either—\n(aa) the identification mark allotted to the vehicle by the Department; or\n(bb) an identification mark allotted to the vehicle by the Secretary of State for Transport;”.",
