  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations revoke the Goods Vehicles Testing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 as amended, and make provision for the testing of goods vehicles in Northern Ireland.\nThe Regulations set out in Schedule 6 are revoked as a consequence of these Regulations (regulation 27).\nAny person who acts in contravention of the Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale (currently £1,000).",
