  "text": "(1) Life annuities shall be transferable in the books of the Commissioners in such form and subject to such regulations as the Commissioners may approve:\nProvided that every such annuity shall only be transferable entire and not in parts or shares.\n(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(3) On the transfer of an annuity the person to whom the transfer is made shall, if the Commissioners . . . so require, sign his acceptance thereof himself or by his duly authorised agent.",
