  "text": "(1) All immediate life annuities . . . , shall be charged on the National Loans Fund and issued thereout . . . at such times as the Treasury may direct.\n(2) All deferred life annuities shall be charged on and paid out of the funds established under the Government Annuities (Investments) Act 1864, and regulated by Part III of this Act, which fund is hereinafter in this Act referred to as the “Government Annuities Investment Fund.”",
