Paragraph 11 Finance Act 1937

(1)

Section 28 of the Finance Act 1937^f1 (advertisement of applications for unclaimed stock, dividends and other moneys) is amended as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1), for “Governor or Deputy Governor of the Bank” there is substituted “Registrar of Government Stock”.

(3)

Subsection (2) is omitted.
