# The Government Stock (Consequential and Transitional Provision) (No. 2) Order 2004, Paragraph 23: National Savings Stock Register (Registrar’s Fees) Warrant 1977


In paragraph (2)(a) of article 3 of the National Savings Stock Register (Registrar’s Fees) Warrant 1977 (fees for awards in settlement of disputes), for “in the books of the Bank of England” there is substituted “in the registers kept by the Registrar of Government Stock in accordance with regulations under section 47 of the Finance Act 1942 (see regulation 7 of the Government Stock Regulations 2004)”.
