# The Government Stock (Consequential and Transitional Provision) (No. 2) Order 2004, Paragraph 28: Court of Protection Rules 2001


In paragraph (2)(a) of rule 73 of the Court of Protection Rules 2001 (stock in name of patient or receiver)—
(a) for “Bank of England or any other bank” there is substituted “Registrar of Government Stock or any bank”;
(b) before “the bank” there is inserted “the Registrar of Government Stock,”.
