# The Government Stock (Consequential and Transitional Provision) (No. 2) Order 2004, Paragraph 8: Finance (No. 2) Act 1915


In section 48 of the Finance (No.2) Act 1915 (procedure on death of person entitled to Government stock), for “Bank of England” there is substituted “Registrar of Government Stock”.
