  "text": "The amount of the capital sum which is to be paid on the commutation of part of a pension granted under the Pensions (Governors of Dominions, &c.) Act, 1911, shall be the amount produced by multiplying the yearly amount of that part of the pension which is commuted by eleven and a half.",
