  "text": "OVERSEAS SERVICE\nMade 21st February 1972\nLaid before the House of Commons 29th February 1972\nComing into Operation 22nd March 1972\nThe Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 3(3) and 9(2) of the Governors' Pensions Act 1957 and section 4(7) of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—",
