  "text": "This Order, which replaces the Governor's Pensions (Maximum Amounts) Order 1969, increases the maximum amount of a Governor's pension from £5,733·33 to £7,725·21 and of a gratuity payable in respect of a Governor dying in office from £8,600 to £11,587·81.\nUnder the power conferred by section 4(7) of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967, the Order has effect from the 18th February 1972.",
