  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make provision for graduates liable to pay their graduate endowment on 1st April 2005, 2006 and 2007, but who have undertaken a further course or courses of higher education, to apply for a student loan to pay their graduate endowment on 1st April following the termination of their last course of higher education.",
