The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) and (2) of the Redundant Churches and other Religious Buildings Act 1969^f1 and now vested in him^f2 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order in the terms of a draft approved by resolution of the House of Commons:
