# The Great Place (England) Joint Scheme (Authorisation) Order 2017, Article 2: Authorisation of the joint scheme


(1) The Secretary of State authorises the Great Place (England) joint scheme contained in the agreement between the Arts Council of England and the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund dated 12th January 2017.
(2) The Schedule to this Order (which contains the particulars specified in paragraph 3 of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993) has effect.
