  "text": "National Lottery\nMade 7th February 2017\nLaid before Parliament 9th February 2017\nComing into force 7th March 2017\nThe Secretary of State has received an application to authorise the Great Place (England) joint scheme by the bodies proposing to participate in that scheme, namely the Arts Council of England and the Trustees of the National Heritage Memorial Fund.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993, makes the following Order:",
