  "text": "Any obligation imposed on the undertaker by this Order in relation to a street or part of a street to—\n(a) obtain the consent or agreement of the street authority; or\n(b) to carry out any works or activity to the satisfaction of the street authority,\ndoes not apply where, in relation to the relevant street or part of a street, the undertaker is the street authority.",
