  "text": "With respect to any requirement which requires details to be submitted to the county planning authority for approval under this Schedule following consultation with another party, the details submitted to the county planning authority must be accompanied by a summary report setting out—\n(a) the consultation undertaken by the undertaker pursuant to that requirement to inform the details submitted to the county planning authority for approval; and\n(b) the undertaker's response to that consultation.",
