  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes an urban development corporation in relation to an area, designated as an urban development area, which encompasses Greater Cambridge. The area is shown bounded externally by the inner edge of a black line on the map referred to in article 2 of this Order. Copies of the map may be inspected free of charge by prior appointment at the following—\nMinistry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, Cambridge Strategy Unit, Eastbrook, Shaftsbury Road, Cambridge, CB2 8RD who can be contacted by email at: CambridgeStrategyUnit@communities.gov.uk.\nCambridge City Council at Mandela House, 4 Regent Street, Cambridge, CB2 1BY.\nSouth Cambridgeshire District Council at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA.\nThe urban development corporation is to be called the Greater Cambridge Development Corporation (article 3).\nThe constitution, proceedings and staffing of the development corporation are governed by Schedule 26 to the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980.\nA Regulatory Impact Assessment has not been produced for this Order as no, or no significant impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen. An explanatory memorandum has been published alongside this order at www.legislation.gov.uk.\nFor information purposes only, a map of the Greater Cambridge Development Corporation appears below.",
