  "heading": "Functions of Mayor or Assembly under or by virtue of this Part.",
  "text": "(1) The functions conferred or imposed on the Authority under or by virtue of this Part shall be functions of the Authority which are exercisable by the Mayor acting on behalf of the Authority.\n(2) Subsection (1) above does not apply in relation to any function expressly conferred or imposed on the Assembly.",
