  "text": "In paragraph 1 of Schedule 11 to the Environment Act 1995 (duty of local authorities to consult certain persons in the exercise of their functions under Part IV of that Act), after sub-paragraph (2) there shall be inserted—\n“(2A) A local authority specified in sub-paragraph (2B) below shall in carrying out the functions falling within sub-paragraph (1)(a) to (c) above also consult the Mayor of London.\n(2B) The local authorities mentioned in sub-paragraph (2A) above are—\n(a) any local authority in Greater London,\n(b) any local authority whose area is contiguous to the area of Greater London.”",
