# The Greater London Authority (Disqualification) Order 2000, Article 2: Designation of disqualifying offices and appointments


There are hereby designated as offices and appointments disqualifying persons from being the Mayor or an Assembly member—
(a) the office of member of any of the bodies specified in Part I of the Schedule;
(b) the offices and appointments specified in Part II of the Schedule.
