  "text": "In this Order—\n“CMER” means the Constituency Members Election Rules contained in Schedule 1 to the Greater London Authority Elections (No. 2) Rules 2000;\n“LMER” means the London Members Election Rules contained in Schedule 2 to the Greater London Authority Elections (No. 2) Rules 2000;\n“MER” means the Mayoral Election Rules contained in Schedule 3 to the Greater London Authority Elections (No. 2) Rules 2000; and\n“OER” means the Ordinary Election Rules contained in Schedule 4 to the Greater London Authority Elections (No. 2) Rules 2000.",
