Laid before Parliament 5th February 2004
Coming into force 1st March 2004
The First Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 36(2), (2A) and (2B) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, and having consulted the Electoral Commission as required by section 7 of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000, hereby makes the following Rules:
