In rule 41 (rejected ballot papers)—

(a)

in paragraph (1) before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

which does not bear the official mark,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (4) before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

want of an official mark;”.
