# The Greater London Authority Elections (Amendment) Rules 2004, Paragraph 4


Any reference to the counting of ballot papers or votes, or the making of any calculation in whatever terms, shall be construed as including a reference to counting or calculating by electronic means, except where the context otherwise requires.
