# The Greater London Authority Elections (Amendment) Rules 2004, Paragraph 10


In rule 40(2)(attendance at local count), after “(d) the counting agents,” insert—
“; and
(e) any person authorised by the Electoral Commission to attend at the counting of the votes as a representative of the Commission”.
