# The Greater London Authority Elections (Amendment) Rules 2004, Paragraph 12


In rule 42 (rejected ballot papers)—
(a) in paragraph (1), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) which does not bear the official mark,”; and
(b) in paragraph (5), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) want of an official mark;”.
