(a)

in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1), for “in the custody” substitute “under the control”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1), for “in his custody” substitute “under his control”;

(c)

in paragraph (2), for “in the custody of the proper officer” substitute “under the control of the GLRO”;

(d)

in paragraph (6), for “in his possession” substitute “under his control”;

(e)

in paragraph (8), for “the proper officer of any document in his possession” substitute “the GLRO of any document under his control”.
