# The Greater London Authority Elections (Amendment) Rules 2004, Paragraph 15: Poll to be taken by ballot


The votes at the poll shall be given by ballot to enable the seats for London members to be allocated to registered parties and individual candidates in accordance with paragraphs 7 and 8 of Part II of Schedule 2 to the 1999 Act.
