  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the proceedings at the election shall be conducted in accordance with the following Timetable—\nProceeding\nTime\nPublication of notice of election\nNot later than the twenty-fifth day before the day of election\nDelivery of nomination papers\nNot later than noon on the nineteenth day before the day of election\nPublication of statement as to persons nominated\nNot later than noon on the seventeenth day before the day of election\nDelivery of notices of withdrawal of candidature\nNot later than noon on the sixteenth day before the day of election\nNotice of poll\nNot later than the sixth day before the day of election\nPolling\nBetween the hours of 7 in the morning and 10 at night on the day of election.\n(2) At a GLA election taken together with a European Parliamentary election the time specified for the delivery of nomination papers in paragraph (1) shall be not later than 4 in the afternoon on the nineteenth day before the day of election.",
