  "heading": "Further amendment of Schedule 2 to the 2007 Rules",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 to the 2007 Rules is also amended by this rule.\n(2) In rule 11 (decisions as to the validity of nomination papers)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) after “consent to it”, insert “and a home address form”;\n(ii) after sub-paragraph (a), insert—\n“(aa) the GLRO decides that the candidate’s home address form—\n(i) does not comply with the requirements of rule 8(4A), or\n(ii) if the form contains a statement under rule 8(4B)(a), does not comply with the signature requirement in that rule or the requirements of rule 8(4B)(b), or”;\n(b) in paragraph (2), after “candidate”, in the first place it occurs, insert “and a home address form in respect of each candidate”;\n(c) in paragraph (3), for “has been delivered, the GLRO must examine it” substitute “and each home address form have been delivered, the GLRO must examine them”;\n(d) in paragraph (6), after sub-paragraph (d) insert—\n“(e) the candidate’s home address form—\n(i) does not comply with the requirements of rule 8(4A), or\n(ii) if the form contains a statement under rule 8(4B)(a), does not comply with the signature requirement in that rule or the requirements of rule 8(4B)(b),”;\n(e) in paragraph (8)(a), for “nomination paper” substitute “home address form”.",
