Made 12th April 2000
Laid before Parliament 13th April 2000
Coming into force 4th May 2000
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 36(2), (2A), (2B), 81(7) and 82(2A) and (5A) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:
