# The Greater London Authority Elections Rules 2000, Paragraph 21: Postal ballot papers


The CRO shall as soon as practicable send to those entitled to vote by post, at the addresses shown in the absent voters list, a ballot paper and a declaration of identity in the appropriate form, together with an envelope for their return.
