  "text": "Notes: In this Schedule “CMER”, “LMER”, “MER” and “OER” mean the Constituency Members Election Rules, the London Members Election Rules, the Mayoral Election Rules and the Ordinary Elections Rules, respectively; and any reference to a numbered rule is a reference to the rule of that number in the CMER, LMER, MER or OER, as the context requires.\nThe forms contained in this Schedule may be adapted so far as circumstances require.\nWhere votes are to be counted by electronic means, the forms for which provision is made in Schedule 6 shall be used instead of forms 5, 6 and 7 in this Schedule.",
