  "text": "(1) For the purposes of a constituency member or mayoral by-election, for the timetable in rule 3 of—\n(a) the Constituency Members Election Rules in Schedule 1 or 5;\n(b) the Mayoral Election Rules in Schedule 3 or 7,\nsubstitute—\n“\nBy-election timetable\nProceedings\nTime\nPublication of notice of election\nNot later than the twenty-fifth day before the day of election.\nDelivery of nomination papers\nNot later than 4 in the afternoon on the nineteenth day before the day of election.\nDelivery of notices of withdrawals of candidature\nNot later than 4 in the afternoon on the nineteenth day before the day of election\nPublication of statement as to persons nominated\nNot later than 4 in the afternoon on the eighteenth day before the day of election.\n. . .\n. . .\nNotice of poll\nNot later than the sixth day before the day of election.\nPolling\nBetween the hours of 7 in the morning and 10 at night on the day of election.\n”",
