  "text": "The proceedings at the election must be conducted in accordance with the following timetable:\nTimetable\nProceedings\nTime\nPublication of notice of election\nNot later than the thirtieth day before the day of election.\nDelivery of nomination papers\nNot later than 4pm on the twenty-fourth day before the day of election.\nDelivery of notices of withdrawals of candidature\nNot later than 4 in the afternoon on the twenty-fourth day before the day of election\nPublication of statement as to persons nominated\nNot later than 4 in the afternoon on the twenty-second day before the day of election.\n. . .\n. . .\nNotice of poll\nNot later than the sixth day before the day of election.\nPolling\nBetween the hours of 7 in the morning and 10 at night on the day of election.",
