Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Greater London Authority (Protected Information) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st September 2000.

In this Order “the Act” means the Greater London Authority Act 1999 and Part 2 of the Schedule has effect for the interpretation of the Schedule.
