Laid before Parliament 8th August 2000
Coming into force 1st September 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 63, 395(3)(a) and 420(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
