Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the 1991 Act” means the Greater Manchester (Light Rapid Transit System) Act 1991^f1; and

• “the plans and sections” means the plans and sections certified by the Secretary of State as the plans and sections for the purposes of this Order.
