# The Greater Manchester (Light Rapid Transit System) (Didsbury) Order 2003, Article 3: Double lines


(1) In the description of Work No. 5 in section 4 of the 1991 Act, for the words “(single line)” there shall be substituted “(single or double line)”.
(2) In so far as they relate to Work No. 5 in section 4 of the 1991 Act, the plans and sections shall be deemed to be the deposited plans and sections for the purposes of the 1991 Act.
