# The Greater Manchester (Light Rapid Transit System) (Eccles Extension) Order 1996, Article 12: Access to works


The undertaker may, for the purposes of the scheduled works, form and lay out means of access or improve existing means of access in such location or locations within the limits of deviation for the scheduled works shown on the works plan or, where article 6(2) above applies, within the boundaries of the street in question as may be approved by the highway authority, but such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
