Section 68 Power to operate LRT system and charge

(1)

The undertakers may operate and use the LRT system for the carriage of passengers and goods.

(2)

The undertakers may demand, take and recover such charges for the use of the LRT system and any services and facilities provided in connection therewith, and may make such use subject to such terms and conditions, as they think fit.
